Tracy’s professional journey began with Merle Norman Cosmetics, a legacy beauty brand founded in 1931 and known for its independently owned studio model that supports female entrepreneurship. Over the years, she served as a regional business consultant, working closely with studio owners to help them grow successful businesses. In this role, she provided guidance in sales strategy, customer service, merchandising, and operational excellence—helping maintain the brand’s long-standing reputation for personalized beauty care and community-based retail.

Through her consulting work, Tracy developed a strong understanding of both the cosmetic industry and the needs of women in local markets. She became known for her ability to mentor business owners, strengthen brand presence, and cultivate loyal customer bases.

Building on that experience, Tracy transitioned into entrepreneurship herself. She became the owner of Blush Boutique, a women’s clothing and lifestyle store designed to offer stylish, accessible fashion in a welcoming environment. In addition to her boutique, Tracy also owns and operates a Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio located in Fountain City, just outside Knoxville. Her dual ownership of both a cosmetics studio and a fashion boutique allows her to provide a comprehensive beauty and style experience to her customers.
